We're a family-owned and operated business, founded in 2004 by father and son duo, Richard and Richmond Blackwell. Our mission has always been to prioritize the needs of our customers and build lasting relationships in the process. We believe in the principle of being in the relationship business, not just the car business.

We started out small with just three lifts and two technicians, but over the years, we've overcome many challenges including changes in technology, a recession, a pandemic. Consider that when we opened, the phonebook was still the main source of advertising and the smart phone and Facebook were not developed yet. It wasn't easy in the beginning, but we stayed committed to our vision and have since completed two major expansions. In 2019, we expanded our existing location to accommodate 20 bays, and in 2023, we were thrilled to acquire the former Goodyear location, right next to Eastgate mall. This additional space has allowed us to increase our capacity to 28 bays, making us one of the largest repair shops in the Chattanooga area.
